NuvDesk ("we", "us"), a product of NuvVeda Technologies Private Limited, provides hospitality operations software at nuvdesk.app and the NuvDesk Operator mobile application. This policy describes how we collect and use information.
Information we collect
- Account and role information you provide at sign-in
- Operational data you enter (tickets, roster, reservations)
- Device and usage data needed to deliver push notifications
- Trial and billing identifiers when you subscribe
How we use information
We use data to operate the service, assign work, send alerts, improve reliability, and meet legal and compliance obligations (including GDPR / regional requirements where applicable).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors (hosting, email, WhatsApp, payment) act under contract. Hotel tenants control guest and staff data in their workspace.
Retention & rights
You may request access or deletion via [email protected] or your property administrator. Trial and billing records are retained as required for fraud prevention and accounting.
